Welcome to CLDcode! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by FreeLink Network Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website at https://www.CLDcode.net and using CLDcode, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using CLDcode, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must cease using our services immediately.
CLDcode is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform operated by FreeLink Network Limited. We provide users with access to advanced Artificial Intelligence models for text dialogue (such as Claude 4 Sonnet/Opus) and AI image generation and editing tools.
To access certain features of CLDcode, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. FreeLink Network Limited is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Plans: We offer monthly subscription plans as detailed on our Pricing page.
Billing: Payments are processed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring subscription fee.
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Due to the digital nature of AI resources and the immediate consumption of server costs:
Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided that no AI dialogues or image generation features have been utilized.
Once a user has consumed any AI service credits, the subscription becomes non-refundable for that billing cycle.
You agree not to use CLDcode for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to generating harmful, defamatory, or infringing content. FreeLink Network Limited reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
All software, design, and branding associated with CLDcode are the exclusive property of FreeLink Network Limited. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service according to your subscription tier.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeLink Network Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the AI models or any service interruptions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong S.A.R., without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
